Creating a serious 5v5 ranked team gold +

Looking for players to join our team. There are some requirements to join the team though.

Do you have Skype installed? What is your role?: What are champions are you best with in the role you play?; What is your availability(Est); What is your Ranking?(Bronze, Silver, Gold, Etc.); Are you of the age 16 or above?; Are you able to shout call for the team? What is your average creep score per game with your champions mentioned above?; Can you attend mandatory weekly meetings at 10:00 A.M. Est. each week?; Are you willing to communicate and receive corrective criticism?; Are you considerate and understanding?(This means you are able to look past mistakes and try to improve instead of discourage.)

I will say this, Our team does not tolerate one ounce of negative solitude. You will be banned from our team following a proper investigation of any incident of negative behavior.

This is a very serious team and unless you contact me, and inform me you won't be able to attend practice. You may be dropped unless you had an understandable reason to not attend.
