Silver 5 Looking for casual ranked team for end of season rewards

As title states I'm looking for a ranked 5 team. I'm currently Silver 5. I can play Sun-Fri 9:30 PM to 1:00AM.

I'll fill any role however he's my preference.

Support > Jungle > Top > Mid > ADC.

I'm a Silver III and here's my preference; Jungle>Mid>Top>Supp>ADC I can play anytime from 4PM-10PM on Mon-Thur and time varies on Fri-Sat-Sun.
