sorry mate but elo hell is what you think it is. its based on YOUR skill level, just play ranked solo for a while and find a role youre amazing at and stick there

Bought six boots, but weren't trolling? Level 2 Teemo, with only boots and a sight ward and didn't AFK? Either you are a troll and a liar, or there's some super secret passive to Sion that makes Boots passive stack... and teemo afk'ing gives some massive bonus to damage....
