silver 3 top laner looking for duo

I'm silver 3, I main top, but can jungle, mid or sup if needed. looking for an adc or mid duo partner. I started league a couple months ago, was placed in silver 2 after promos and immediately dropped to 4, after taking time to learn important stuff I made my way back to 3, and if I'd played for the last couple days I'd be in 2 most likely. my win rate in the past 7 days (25 or so games) as top lane is 70%, I'd like to make that higher. ign: flatmouse
