Bronze/Silver Team Looking For Coach/Manager

We're a newly formed team that is looking for early guidance/help with our play to improve ourselves both individually and as a team at a much faster pace. While we aren't high elo players by any means, all 5 of us are dedicated to bettering ourselves at the game and reaching higher ranks/eventually tournament play. Our team is looking for a higher elo/skilled coach who has the time to help push our team forward and give us the advice/insight we need to improve both as a team and individually. We will be practicing 2-3 nights a week, starting around 10-11PM EST each evening, as well as queuing dynamic queue together on off nights when we're all on playing. We need a coach/manager who is able to watch our gameplay and give us feedback both good and bad on our play, and direct us in area's that need improvement, as well as dedicate their time to the team when necessary to help with strategy, picks/bans, tournament scheduling/play, etc.
