New Plat + serious team looking for a roster and subs

Greetings friends, my name is Bythos (Xavier Lopez), I am currently making a team new team that is to climb ranks in 5s as well as solo q for chance of sponsorships that we have, as that being said until that point comes it doesn't even matter, we are currently looking for all roles including subs 2-3 that can fill in for set roles when need be. This is a serious team tournaments in the future ect. we are looking for people with the drive to win but knows how to learn from a loss, people who don't rage or get flustered when behind, this is a team game any thing can happen with one good team fight and people who get flustered tend to make more mistakes. This team does have a manager and a coach with its own TS which we will be using once roster is complete, we need well minded people willing to improve their play all around and climb the ladder, if all of these pertain to you then please fill out the app and add me in game. try outs will be held Thursday -Sunday of this week 3 part trail period every is give an equal opportunity to try out. We will discuss team name and practice times once we get a full roster going. thank you for your time also one last thing were it says Mic add banana so I know you read this entire post, best wishes to try outs (Bythos).
