IT's THIS thread again. Did we not already explain that you have 3 elos in there that won't be able to compete together? If you have a bronzie and a goldie on a team together then they won't be able to play. The game won't let you even put them in the lobby. We tried to explain this last time when people asked for relevant pertinent information and you basically told them to bugger off.

I'll say this again:

Anyone worth their LP won't bother with this team.

Everyone on this team is low-mid Silver. So no matter if we get someone bronze-gold we will all be able to play together.

No, if you have a gold and a bronze join then they CAN'T all play together because bronze players can't be in a lobby with golds and golds can't be in a lobby with bronze even if you guys are silver. We tried to explain this last time when you and the other team members basically said you wouldn't give us any information until we inquired, which could easily be a huge waste of time.

Okay, you're not understanding. We are in the middle. We need 1 player. So, it doesn't matter what elo that player is in(Bronze-Gold). We will be able to play with him because we are all silver. There will be no mix match of Gold and Bronze. So, all members are capable of playing with one another.
