Gold Top laner looking for a team!

Its as the title says. Here is the catch I am only available to play Monday-Thursday 2pm PST - whenever. I have great map awareness, ability to play any champion required. I own all champions, I usually WIN my lane and TP/roam during key times. I can use any chat program the team requires. Add me in game if interested.
