We're looking to be a serious, long-term tournament team. If this is not something that interests you, please do not apply.

Applicants must know/be willing to learn meta picks (off-meta picks will still be played, but not frequently). Having teamspeak and a working microphone is a MUST.

Please fill out the form below if you are interested. Do not add me first. I will contact you if interested.

IGN: Sushiman777 Age: 22 Rank: D5 Top 5 Champions: Anivia, Lulu, Morgana, Karthus, Lux Playstyle: I usually play utility and control mages, but can switch to a more aggressive assassin/roam heavy style if needed. The champion picks would have to change to something more like Talon, Leblanc, or Kassadin though. Can you shotcall?: I would prefer not to because I don't have any experience doing it, but will try it out if you need me to. Past 5's experience: I've been playing ranked 5s since it was introduced back in 2011. Sadly, none of the teams really stick around though. I'm hoping this one does. Any further questions: No, but if you have any feel free to message me :D
