Silver 1 LF Dynamic que or duo partner

This is my smurf account but I'm maining this one right now. I'm silver 1 but I'm playing with low golds right now. I'm just looking for a duo partner near my Elo that knows how to correctly play, not just laning, but you know how to play the macro game and objectives to win. I'm 20 years old and I main ADC and secondary mid(usually play Ahri or Ori). We don't need to mic but we can if you wish.
