Looking to make a high plat+ team (Minnesota)

My name is Ryan Pritchard, I'm from rogers Minnesota and I'm looking to make a team with people from Minnesota. I want to compete in tournaments around the Minnesota area. Company's like shift up exports are popping up and they're going to be hosting league of legends tournaments quite frequently. I'm looking for high plat and above players.
