*SERIOUS* LF Alternate top laner to play on main roster and as a sub

Our team is currently looking for a top laner who is dedicated and wants to play on a serious team. We will be doing something similar to what the Koreans do which is, swapping players for games and each day we will practice with one of the top laners. If one of the top laners cannot make it then the other will play if possible.

Requirements:

  • Be dedicated, be wanting to learn and get better as a player and with a team everyday
  • Toxicity and negative behavior will not be tolerated, this includes chat restrictions and if your account is banned frequently
  • Communication is a must, we use Skype however we might change depending on the team
  • Practices are Mon-Fri from 5-8 Cst (6-9 Est), and Sat-Sun are usually anytime depending on when everyone is available, but we can slightly flex for the times to fit every players schedule
  • Age doesn't matter but be mature and mannerly in practice and with the team, joking and laughing is completely fine but to where it doesn't hurt our practicing or team environment
  • Gold+ is required mainly to keep team balance, our team ranges from Gold-Diamond and we don't want players feeling unskilled or intimidated if they are a lower rank

Strengths? Weaknesses?:

Strengths - Quick to adapt to champs and roles on the team. Experience with 5s and shot calling experience. I've played the game for a long time so I know how all the roles in the Meta work and fit together.

Weaknesses - Sometimes I get frustrated in lane, depending on the matchup. Not too familiar with lane swaps, although I have done a few of them.

Are you able to make practice? - I can make all the days. Just some Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays I will have to bow out unfortunately, due to work.

Any previous Team 5's experience? - Yes I have 5s experience. I've played in quite a few LANs and come in 1st in all the ones I've played in. I've played in plenty of online tournaments and I've also played for quite a few ranked teams.

Additional information or things you want us to know: I just wanted to say that the days I may miss for work are very unfortunate, and that it won't be every single week that I have to miss a practice. Some weeks I won't miss any at all. I work in a bar so it's quite hard to predict sometimes. I just want to say that I completely understand if I won't be chosen based upon this issue.
