Silver II Mid/Sup LF mature ranked team

I am interested in joining a club/team for premade ranked or draft games, my goal is reaching gold before the end of the reason, mastery chests from premade, and friendlier games. I am not sure how many more times i can deal with seeing "gg not trying anymore everyone feeding" from an ADC who just gave first blood at 2:45.

Online time window is variable within PST 1PM-7PM on weekdays. I mainly play mages mid/sup, and can fill top if needed.
