Hi my name is Andre and I'm looking to create a ranked team that can play in the evening. So far all the ranked teams that I joined or created no one seems to understand the definition of SERIOUS. They claim to be serious but yet they don't show up to practice without legitimate excuses. For now I just plan for this team to climb the ladder and enter 5s tournaments. This is a serious team but that doesn't mean you can't have fun(after all this is a game). I want to create a great environment for everyone on the team and make everyone feel welcome and come together in those clutch moments and have fun during those many moments. That is why I want to make a hard-working team and have a NO FLAMING ENVIRONMENT. Ways to get kicked off the team :

  • Not showing up for practices without legitimate reasons
  • Refuse to adapt to the meta/ learn new champs
  • Having difficulties keeping up with the rest of the team's skill ( I will provide time for you to prove to me you can get better)
  • Flaming
  • No communication
  • Etc Well most of the players who don't care didn't take the time to read the entire thing but those of you that did I hope you make the team :)

Weaknesses: I dont have alot of champion because I play only support (so I cant trade with other)

IGN - flashIighting (lighting is a cap i) Role -support(main)/ jungle Rank -Gold 3

Strengths(support)- I always like to ward a lot and make sure dragon and baron is almost always warded. Most of my kda on supports is 3+ on my main champs. I have a play style in which i adapt to my adc and my team.

Weaknesses(support)- sometimes get caught out when warding. I will be over aggressive or decide on a bad battle to fight. I am sure I have others but they do not get pointed out because I don't find team that like to keep playing after like 2 days.

My pool is pretty deep I would say I can play about 10 champs 5 of which i am very comfortable on.

Yes the meta game is always changing and if none of us could adapt we all be in trouble so yes i can adapt to change and have been since season 2.

I am fine with constructive criticism and hope to learn from it and yes i have raidcall.

The meta adapts to me. I can make off meta champs work pretty well. I do adapt to the meta a bit but i don't let it control my picks. IGN - Baelor Role - Support Rank - Gold 2

Strengths within that role - Aggressive with vision control, and in lane. Mechanically sound.

Weaknesses within that role - Can go too ham, make the occasional positional mistake trying to force things too hard.

Rate your champ pool - Thresh, Leona, Morgana, Braum, Janna. Can play anything, these are just my top picks. I prefer tankier initiators, they suit my play style better at the moment.

Will you adapt to the meta - Of course, always do.

Can you give and accept constructive criticism - Yup, come from a long history of hardcore gaming. Used to getting smashed for my mistakes.

I also have an ADC interested, we've played together for a while now, and run a very dominant bottom lane.
