Smurfing through Plat to Diamond

Previously this was my smurf account but I am trying to make it my main since it has way more champions and rune pages on it. Just hit Plat 5 and am climbing at a pretty steady rate, but wouldn't mind having a good duo partner (other smurfs) to make the grind go a bit smoother.
