The Wreckoning Is Recruiting!

Hey guys! My name is Navarre (IGN navarreg) and I am one of the two captains for the team "The Wreckoning". I'm pleased to announce that we are currently looking to recruit some new members!

First, a little about us as a team. We currently have a roster of five players, and are looking to add another five. We practice on a regular basis - Mondays and Thursdays from 6:15-9:15 PST - and would expect any addition to the team to be able to join us during those times. The goal of the team is to provide an environment conducive to learning, and that's pretty much it. I'm a player as well, and not a coach - we aren't trying to set up a system where a few very good players try to help a bunch of less experienced players improve. Instead, we are trying to set up a system where all the players can help each other and communicate well together.

Next, a little about you as a player. First, we are looking for players of all skill levels. If you are worse than we are, we are happy to help you improve. If you are as good as we are, we can all work on getting better together. If you are better than we are, and still want to play with us, you can help us improve. We would like to ask that you are interested in improving, so that we all have the same goal. We would also like to ask that you can be reasonably dedicated to the team (basically showing up for practices) since we all are as well.

Finally, why you should pick my team over another. I'm not a special league player. I'm not really good at the game, I can't play one champion amazingly well, I'm just another guy who likes the game. That being said, I have a reasonable amount of experience leading a team. I was a team captain of both my high school and college water polo teams, and am currently working for a company I founded with my father in a managerial role. I might not be able to consistently go 20/2 on Ashe, but I can coordinate a group of people, in different time zones and physical locations, so that we actually have a team and can make progress towards our goals. I think with the pre-existing infrastructure we have in place and our current roster's dedication, we can offer a consistency rarely found among league teams of this caliber.
