Looking for a Team

New to the league of legends competitive scene and looking for a team to start my journey with. Looking for a team to build with and get to know and to learn to play as a team. i refuse to play ranked until i have a team but i usually hold my own in blind/normal play. im an ADC with ashe as my main. comment here and let me know whats up. looking to get started ASAP.
