Looking for Plat-->Diamond for semi-serious rank team.

The roles currently open are jungle, support, and mid. By semi-serious I mean our goal as a team should be to have fun but I would also like to achieve high platinum as our team rank. I would like to practice at least 3 days per week and it is important to show up and be on time. Obviously real life takes precedence but just let the team know if you can't make it.
