Looking for team/friends to play with

Tired of the shitty matchmaking, past 3 games I've had to forfeit at 20 because my teams are so bad. Looking for people to play with so I can actually play a good game and not keep having to deal this god awful solo queue Riot has that keeps teaming me up with people that play like they're level 10
