Team Speak Server: teamelg.typefrag.com
We are now recruiting for ELG community. We are recruiting members, admins, and teams.
Mission:
Our mission is to provide the best environment possible for gamers free of immaturity and toxic behavior. Plain and simple we are making this community for the members and because of this it will reflect what the members want. We want to help people grow, weather you are a team, individual, or group we accept with open arms and will make you as comfortable as possible.
What we offer:
We offer a wide variety of things all revolving around the community. First off we offer a free TeamSpeak server for any member of the community. This TeamSpeak is geared to have friendly interaction without the worry of trolls and toxic behavior. We also will be hosting tournaments in which you can in RP as well as cash prizes. We will be giving away many different things randomly, including RP and Steam games. We have coached and managed several teams and are willing to help out new teams to try to get bigger and better. With this we can set up scrims and in houses for everyone to play in no matter what level of play you are. We also offer to be completely honest with the members of the community about what is happening and coming up. We are planning to have weekly meeting and sessions where you can talk to the heads of the community about where it is going and what you would like done to make it better.
What sets us apart from other communities?
This is much more than your typical “searching for group” community. We have a high seeded team who were diamond as a team and have full support from there staff. The community also has its own sponsor/Partner by Gamers Beard. With this we are able to give more things to the community that most other organizations would not. Also using Gamers Beards website you are able to set up a profile and find people easier than ever before. Think like Facebook but only for gamers. We provide ways to communicate with each other and the community in an easy fashion. The website is ever evolving and with this you will have the most up to date experience possible.
**Team Support: **
We support individuals or teams to join our community. We offer help to individuals and teams to help better them reach as high up the ladder as possible. The community can help with some coaching, analyst, and management for your teams. With our partner Gamers Beard it also gives you an easy way to keep track of your team and communicate with them. You can make a team, chat with your team, set a schedule for your team, and have others like your team to help spread the word. If your team at some point is looking for sponsorship we are the people to help guide you in the right direction.
Admins:
We are looking for more staff to help our growing community. Currently we have opening for TeamSpeak moderator, and tournament organizer. As a TeamSpeak moderator your job will be to keep the peace between every member and make sure to maintain the great community that we have. You also will have the freedom to put on TeamSpeak events, such as cards against humanity, or karaoke. As a tournament organizer you will be in charge of setting up tournaments for the ELG community. You not only will be in charge of setting up the games but you will also be in charge of making sure that everything runs smoothly. Previous experience is a huge plus.
