Looking for long term team!

A little about myself. I have been playing this game since Brands release and been on a handful of teams while maining all the roles (except for support). I have a champion pool for all roles that exceeds 5. The main game items I focus on are objectives and vision. I communicate with the mindset of what should we do next. My time zone is MST and can be on daily at 5:30pm - whenever. My main purpose with this post is to find like minded mature people that enjoy a higher level of team play like I do. The most fun I have with this game is playing in an organized team environment and making connections with game play and communication. I would prefer to do at least a tournament once a month.
