Yes that's right!!! Get paid to participate and compete in your own amateur series.

Hello,

I'm here to announce that we will be organizing our very first amateur series open for any teams interested in participating. We will host seasonal (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) splits and teams will compete in the standings and get paid after the weeks play based on standings. Then at the end of every year, we will host the final tournament where the best teams will compete for a larger prize.

Now I know the first question that comes to mind is how much. I will be honest with you and tell you that is completely dependent on the turnout and participation of the teams involved. So, the more teams the better. Many fine details are still being worked out along with functionality within our website. But we will have it all done by the start.

Below there will be a registration form that team MUST complete to enter the league.

Scheduling and and the style will also be determined based on the number of teams registered.

Open registration meaning there is no rank requirement or restriction. If many teams register, we may look into the option of doing groups and placing teams based on the team average MMR/Rank.

You must be able to use Battlefy. If you don't know how, don't worry we can help you with the process and its a lot easier after the first time.

You must join the Discord server (at least the Captain) once the season starts so we have easy access.

Shortly before the season starts and after registration ends, we will have a meeting. Depending on the number of participants it will either be with the Team Captains or everyone participating. I will keep this to a minimal because I know a lot of people don't like to read long postings. If you have any questions, you may comment them below and I will respond as soon as I notice. You will also notice that on the registration form, there is a question comments and concerns section at the end of it.

Thanks for the read everybody and I look forward to the start. Have a nice day.

I'm assuming there's a registration fee to join this League

And if there happens to be any Diamond/Challenger Team

LOL, I would just say if you're a Bronze or Gold Team no need to join in this League

Cus in this League I'm pretty sure no one is going to play to have fun if you're getting "PAID"

No if you read what I said, if we get enough teams registered we will assort them into groups based on the teams average MMR/Rank.

As far as the fee, that hasnt been determined. We are looking at doing a security deposit at most. and at the end of split you get it back. Something marginal like $5. That's just to retain people because I've noticed with other leagues they tend to get organized and teams are always a mess. But just so you know we already have 2 teams that have players bronze to gold mixed within them.

That's the nature of the beast. If we get enough then yes it will be done. But even still, 10 teams you can have 2 groups of 5. That will even the group at the least, may not win the split tournaments, but at least you'll still have a chance to have good placing in your group.

I would like to add that you don't need full teams to register. However, you must have a full roster by the end of the deadline. Thank you everyone.

Though I like the idea, what is the point of this? Seems kind of sketchy to me.
