New Name Gaming Tryouts (Gold1+) competitive team

Hi Everyone,

New Name Gaming is a newly formed team in search of skilled players for our second team. We will be looking to go diamond in season 5. Please see below for a list of requirements, play times, and rules.

Playtimes:

Mon: 6pm - 10pm EST Tues: 6pm - 10pm EST Wed: 6pm - 10pm EST Thursday: 6pm - 10pm EST Sat: Debatable Sun: Tournament Day. Times will vary.

Current Needs:

TOP/MID/JUNGLE

Requirements: Skype A working mic GOLD1+

Rules: (Thanks to Basic Account for this list of rules. I have slightly modified some of them to better fit this team.)

1). Missing 3 scheduled practices in a row (even if you have an excuse) will start the process of us looking for your replacement. 2). There will be no less than 3 days of 4 hour scheduled practices a week. 3). Everyone on the team will have everyone’s name and phone number and we will each receive a text 15 min prior to practice. (if you cannot make practice you have a responsibility to text the entire team and let them know as soon as you are aware you will be missing a practice.) 4). Missing a practice without at least notifying the team will start the process of us looking for your replacement. 5). Mid and jungle are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms of solo ranked. 6). Support and adc are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms of solo ranked. 7). Top and jungle are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms of solo ranked. 8). Mid and Top are expected to duo together as often as possible for norms or solo ranked. 9). There will be no raging. 10). After every game win or lose there will be a short break to discuss improvement across the team. a. Each member will state what they could have done better and one clear and doable step to achieve that improvement. The goal for improvement here is self-motivation. 11). There will be no surrender votes unless the entire team agrees over voice chat first. a. It is a discouraging thing when you feel you are wining your lane and then a teammate throws up a surrender vote out of nowhere. Also even losses are wins if we learn from them. 12). There will be no conversation in all chat ever! It only distracts from the task at hand , you can talk to the enemy team after the game. ( also if you are reading this please answer "peanut butter" to application question "Did you read the entire post" 13). We will be using skype. If you don’t have it, get it, it’s free. If you don’t have a working headset.. Wait to apply until you do. They are not expensive. 14). You will be expected to keep up to date with the current meta and champions that are very strong in their current state. You will also be expected to learn and play those champions. "I don't like that champ so I'm not gonna play him" is not an excuse. 15.) You must own 75% of all champions. 100% is preferred. This is helpful in trading during champ select. 16). Compliment your teammates when they do well! (important)
