LF a Guild/Clan that I can join

I have been playing LOL for about 3 months now and have a second account almost to 30. I'd like to start ranked but would like to find a group so that perhaps even non-ranked games will be more fun. I've found that out of every 10 games in team builder I get 1 good team, 2 ok teams (3 of the 5 are ok players while the other 2 have no clue what to do), 3 teams that it seems me and one other player are ok and 4 teams that are just horrible. I know, that is teambuilder...

I'd like to find a large group so that I can reliably find some decent players and also to have some fun. I am by no means the best player out there. I believe I'm getting better but probably a high silver, low gold if I had to guess. My first account was in a death spiral. When I started ranked I was in high bronze and then started spiraling down. Some of that was me at the time. Most (I believe) was my team mates. So I started a second account and I'm just about to 30, should be 30 in about a week I would guess. Hoping to not repeat the process again by finding other decent players to play with. I don't think I'm plat, or diamond. I know I can still improve a lot. I'm not looking for some diamond player to carry me but rather to have a good consistent group of people that I can play with on a regular basis. I typically play support but I also will play ADC and Top. I am building up the number of champs that I believe I'm decent at to be more versatile as right now I have about 2 in each of those roles I believe I'm really good at and a few others I'm ok with. I haven't spent much time in mid lane and less in jungle but could do those in a pinch.
