League name: Cack provider Your Age: 21 Lane: Bot lane Your Top 3 Champions for your lane: Kalista, Jinx, Caitlyn What goals do you have for the team: To achieve Diamond status by improving and coming together as a team. What are three strengths you have?: Knowing when to engage, knowing how to play the lane(freeze, deny cs/xp, when to push), and map awareness What are three weaknesses you have?: Too passive at times, too quiet in lane(when I'm farming I like to concentrate), not following my support. Season 5 Rank: Platinum Season 4 Rank: Gold Shotcall: When I'm in bot lane yes. In team fights I think the more engage heavy champions should be the ones shotcalling.

League name: Tsukiyomi Your Age: 15 Lane: ADC Your Top 3 Champions for your lane: Graves Lucian Corki What goals do you have for the team: I really want to perform well in tournaments, and have a productive team environment. What are three strengths you have?: Mechanically consistent (farming, kiting, etc.), pretty good situational awareness, positioning in team fights. What are three weaknesses you have?: Sometimes over-concentrates on csing, lose some map awareness, occasionally over-aggressive, sometimes has adapting to a support's playstyle Season 5 Rank: Gold 5 Season 4 Rank: Gold 5 Shotcall: Generally more of a follower - I listen to commands fairly well, and just try to maintain my own gameplay
