Plat Player LFT

As the title states I am plat looking for a ranked team 3s or 5s. Doesn't really matter to me which of these or what ranks people are. I am 22. I am available most nights and often during the day.
I can play any role except mid(assassins) (my zed/leblanc are weak).
My roles in order of strength are adc = jungle = supp > top > mid.
I have every champion for trading purposes and regularly play most of them so that I am normally in favorable match ups in lane/team composition. I have a mic and CV/Raidcall/Vent/Mumble/TS(strongly dislike skype as a voicechat). I take criticism well and will often give some out if there is something routinely messed up on. I can shot call if needed(I am generally quiet and focus on myself unless I need to make calls), if I am the shot caller I do generally take a game or two to get used to every ones styles and capabilities and then generally get pretty active in shot calling.
