Looking for a serious 5v5 team

Hello I'm 175. I've been playing League of Legends since 2010. I did NOT play this game for season 4-5. I just came back to LoL about 3 weeks ago. My highest achieved rank is Diamond 4. I am an extremely well rounded player and very dedicated. My best lane would have to be mid/top. I do great in 1v1 scenarios so I win lane frequently. I can use voice communication and I am on frequently, I only work 2 days a week. Im not looking for a throw away team or a team of underdeveloped players. Add me 175.
