Looking for golds

Hey, I'm a silver player who really wants to make gold this year, I always end up at silver 1 and cant get in lol, but I'm hoping there's some dedicated golds out there that would want to help a summoner out and help me get to gold I'm currently one win from silver one I have skype if that helps and I mostly play adc since that's my best role but I play mid and can support as well, anyways thanks for your time guys :D
