LF High Elo Coach
Dear Coaches, I am looking to "hire" a coach to join me and my Org in a new journey. I am looking for a high elo coach with experience that is willing to dedicate himself and grow others. The goal would be to create and recruit our first team for the org and establish ourselves as serious contenders for the best small org. I don't have small visions as I truly believe I can create a great community and esports org that will grow and develop into something amazing. I am looking not just for the head coach but somebody who can come up with fresh new ideas and help other coaches out and who is willing to potentially become a partner and have a share in the organization. Below are some of the responsibilities required to be done and further discussions will take place after a formal interview.
- Head Coach of the team
- Leads discussions over bi-weekly lessons, patch notes, and tier lists with other coaches
- Part of the hiring process of other coaches
- Moderator
