I3lue eSports Dia/Masters Team LF Coaches and Analysts

** I3lue eSports is a Diamond/Master tier team looking to add more members to the team. I3lue eSports has placed 1st in the Oogle Games Tournament, 5th in the Mobafire April Community Cup, and are in House Party’s 5v5 Minor League tournament, where we are tied for first with a 5-1 Win/Loss. Our players and management staff are driven, hardworking and experienced individuals trying to make a name for themselves in the highly competitive eSports market.

We are looking for Coach and Analyst staff to support our team in improving overall performance, and teaching new ways to play in the Meta. In every member of our team we’re looking for commitment, passion, experience and knowledge of pre-made 5’s. We’re looking for critical support staff to refine the team and their talents to form a strong competitive 5’s squad. We scrim about 4 days a week with 2 games on Sunday in House Party’s Minor League.

What will you do: -Work with team on a schedule for scrims and tournaments. -Research Meta champions, item builds and overall team strategies to help players adapt and evolve to overcome the meta. -Oversee player progression during scrims and tournaments. -Set clear and achievable goals for the team and players, individually, on a day to day basis. -Communicate with management to provide the best experience to the players so they can focus on improving and performing.
