Team Beta is looking for a Coach
About the Team
Hello, we are a team that have been together for over 2 months with a consistent roster. We play consistently every week and are competing in the Nightfall Gaming League. We are around Gold to Plat in terms of ranking and have a solid group of playing willing to work together and play as a team. Schedules are 8.30-11.30pm EST on the weekdays and we usually play 3-4 days a week.
Requirements for Coach
The coach should at least have the following qualities:
- Must be mature
- Good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
- Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
- Can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
- Must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
- Willing to talk/ discuss games, review VODs and help identify mistakes, issues, bad habits, patterns, etc
- New coaches/ analysts are welcomed This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience and build up their coaching history. Attendance every night is not necessary but we would like you to be present 2 days at least. If this is something that interests you and can make the times, add me ingame.
