its an idea that may be worth a try... in the game client, under public chat, write "Team Recruitment (the rank/tier)" example: (TRp4) = (Team Recruitment Platinum 4)

   bronze = b
      silver = s
       gold = g
        plat = p

diamond = d master = m challenger = c

really simple.
