Plat 2 top laner LF team/duo

Hi, I've been planning on looking for a team to improve my gameplay. I'm looking for a team or even a duo that plays quite often. I want to be critiqued as well as critique others to improve. I am a very vocal player and can shot call pretty well. My strengths would be my lane dominance. My weaknesses would playing over aggressive in lane and opening up to ganks occasionally. Last season, I peaked at Diamond 2, but quit for several months. I just started playing again for about 3 weeks. So I am still improving. I can play just about any champion as well as other roles (adc/jung), but top seems to be my best right now. I used to be pretty toxic and got several of my accounts banned, so I quit, which seems to have fixed the problem. I need to continue improve my play however to get back to the level at which I was. I have played on several different rank teams, including in some amatuer LCS style leagues.
