Gold 4 ADC/Mid LF duo partner or Dynamic que/LFT

I took about 6months off from league an returned about a month an a half ago. Been practicing/relearning/practicing more. before i posted that i was looking. Ive hit that mark where feels like every game someones mad, or tilted or trolling, an so its time i look on the forums for some teammates of people wanting to try every game.
