LF Clan/Community/Ts3/Whatever/HELP ME

Okay some I am looking for people to play normal games ro whatever to finally make it to level 30, im tired of losing games with randoms, I am currently level 7, I would like to join like a community on teamspeak or something liek a clan so i have people to constantly play with, plus games are a lot more fun when talking to people I guess. I wanna get to level so i can finally start playing ranked or whatever IDK JUST RECRUIT / ADD OR WHATEVER
