IceCentral ! (Need an artist and a coder)

We are trying to make a group called Ice Central and we are looking for coders an a artist . we have a team speak 3 with 512 slots and would like to start tournaments of 5v5 summoner rift . Are goal is to get sponsored by league of legends so we can have even more rewards for 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place. At the moment the rewards are 1st place mystery skin's only.
