LF Duo partner or ranked 5s team to hit gold

Really need that gold border before season ends, and I havent been able to play much ranked due to school and work. Im silver 3 right now(18LP) and play on a ranked 5s team thats in silver 2, although they are rarely on. I am the jungler for that team and most of the time am doing pretty well, with highest kill participation/damage/etc. I main jg, and can play a decent mid/adc. Im looking for a team to join and play a few games to get me that border, or a duo partner that is willing to grind out some games. Thank you very much Whitay 2
