Diamond Team Now Recruiting

Little bit of a longer post ( read all), First off ill start off with few things about my self, I have managed and owned a few teams in the past (plat-Diamond), as well as coached for a lot of teams towards the higher elos as well as I am a coach for a team speak server at this moment ( meaning we will have our own server to use for voice coms). I'm looking to make a diamond team who wants to put in the effort, the time, the dedication and have clear cut motivated individuals. have had a problem in the past with trolling attitudes and people who didn't have the motivation to improve as a team, that being said what we are looking for as for new applicants, looking for strong minded people with the ability to play their role, who have the motivation and will to improve not only in 5s but can take criticism to help in solo play as well. We need people who can put in the time and effort of course the schedule will be formed around what the team once its formed, I will be playing ADC for the team of course I encourage every one to try out even ADC I will give my spot to some one who of course is better and be the active coach. Team name has not been decided, will be by the coach and management of course later on, Try outs will be held Sunday Around 5 pm pst or earlier of course if every one can be on, Please fill out the application then add Omits and I will review apps and ask a few questions normal team stuff well thank you all who read the post and hope to hear from you soon.
