Why do people leave after 1 loss? You're not Diamond or Challenger. So quit acting like it
People are so salty after one loss. It just makes putting a team together 100x harder.

I am Diamond and sometimes I DO leave teams after one loss. Sometimes one game is all it takes to realize that a team isn't a fit. I'm a jungle main and when I join ranked teams I want to play with people that will go in when I say go in. If I go through a 20 minute game where I'm engaging and telling my team to follow up but they are playing like bronzies I rather not waste another 20 minutes so I just find a new team.
As a guy who has been jumping from team to team as of late sometimes one game is enough to tell you that these people aren't right. Every team I've been on except one dissolved because of toxic people. So when I'm listening to guys argue and complain after our first lost its a sign that this team won't last.
just gotta be patient and keep recruiting you'll eventually get a team together just know its going to take a while
That's exactly the reason though. Diamond teams are harder to come by but there are always like 10 teams looking for silver-plat players at all times

Yeah I never understood that either , the people are quit tend to be the same kind of people who don't know how to hold sombody accountable and always have excuses/blame
It's typically not because of one loss, it's typically about the atmosphere of the team during the loss. i've left many teams after 1 loss because other members will be, for lack of a better term, butthurt about losing, that it makes me not ever want to play with them again. ( i can give examples if needed )
That's why i believe people should practice in normals before jumping into a ranked team, so u know how they will act when it comes to ranked.
Buit instead most people who make teams jump straight into ranked like idiots.
For real. I cant even create a team now because I've created the max # of teams youre allowed in a week. Its not like we even start off bad. Usually we go 5 and 0 in placements then win a couple of more and then lose one, then it all goes to S***
