Creating a 5s Team... Plat +, Need ADC, Mid and Top

We're looking for Plat+ people who are extremely active. We'd ideally like to play 5 nights a week, if not more.

Myself and Sloucher, our jungler, have completely open schedules and are able to fit almost anyone's practice time, so that's why I'll ask you to fill out your availability down below.

I've managed a team that has been at Challenger level and understand what it takes in order to be successful in this game. Currently I'm not managing anyone and would like to play with a team and see how far we can take it.
