Looking for semi-serious players to form a 'practice squad'

A friend of mines high school has a competitive LoL team, and they want me to form a team for them to scrim with. We wouldn't be dedicated, just organize dates and times for us to practice with them, or in draft pick. I would prefer gold and up, but I might make exceptions. EDIT: Also if you are interested in coaching that would be nice to have one.
