Creating a Silver+ Team

I am a coach for the Organization Vital Point and since we won the first ABL season 1 series the current team has all taken staff positions and are not wanting to compete anymore. Instead we are going to extend the offer for me to coach a new team and we are looking for the most dedicated and willing to learn attitudes among Silver-Gold. This will be a PM oriented team and would like to have practices at least 3 to 4 days a week. Please add in game if you want to tryout or have any questions.
