Creating Clan for Pick Up Games and Socialization

The mission of this group is to have an alternative to dynamic que and allow a group of players to get to know each other through playing with and against. This will be done through a captain's format, much like a pick up game of baseball. Each team has a captain that chooses from the pool of our group and then we play against each other with the teams that are made. This should both lessen the frustration of playing against randoms by allowing better communication and hopefully strengthen our skills by learning the match ups against each single person. Creating a strategy in who we pick in our teams and also creating an opportunity to try out new things in a fun environment. Overall I want to put in effort in creating an effective, new, and fun way to meet new people and growing our own skills. I truly do believe this could be a better way to play league of legends as the current state of dynamic que is frustrating to play against premades and the sometimes unfair balance within the teams we are put with. Maybe this exact iteration of isn't perfect and I plan on working on improving it through learning and hopefully getting input from all of you also.
