Plat 3 adc LF team

Currently looking for a team to play flex and tournaments with. I don't want a group that is together for a couple weeks but everyone stops playing. Wanting a more serious atmosphere to get better and learn more about the game. I've played on a few teams in past seasons and have played tournaments also. I can play all the ADCs, including all meta picks. I am on most afternoons/nights and can use discord/other comms.
