New Silver-Gold team recruiting! (every role!)
Hello I am a diamond animal who would like to start a low elo team that i will coach so lets get straight to the point and ill say exactly what i am looking for in each role but before i say that just remember you dont need to be some kind of god if anything you just need to be good at atleast one aspect of the game and we can work on improving the rest also you guys will be participating in tournaments as soon as possible!
Top - In a ideal world top laners pick tanks sit back and farm but this isn't a ideal world if you do play tanks and play safe well good on you but you don't have to i am looking for a top laner that has strong map awareness you can be a teemo main for all i care but as long as you have the map awareness in order to not die over and over and can make tp plays i want you!
Jungle - Now compared to top i am looking for a bit more in our jungler preferably they either a large champion pool or a small one that they are very skilled with now the most important thing is i want a jungler that can play the early game well and can hit their smite if you can shot call thats definitely a bonus
Mid - Ahhh mid lane my main role what i am looking for in a mid laner is a wide champion pool i want somone who doesn't necessarily carry every game but if those situations where they need to step up they can P.S im all for non meta picks as long as you can play them i myself play a wide variety of odd things like nidalee mid and ap ezreal and i can coach you individually better than i can pretty much any other role since i myself am a mid main
Adc - as for adc i want somone who is willing to sit back and farm knowing that late game they will likely carry i want somone who can play champions with high impact on the game now you dont need to be a mechanic god but you deffinetly need to have strong mechanics and can work well with others (no toxic tyler1s plserino) as long as you listen to shot calls you will do great
Support - Now as for support i am looking for somone with good game knowledge i want somone who is either very talkative or very skilled i want somone who knows when they need to roam and if you can shot call the late game thats a big plus your champion pool does not matter too much but i highly prefer that you are not a one trick and play atleast 4 champions to a acceptable level wether or not they be meta

Experience with teams? - some but limited. we've subbed in for other teams' botlane for tourneys and have a flex group we do 5-mans with but the group doesnt have set times to play and is fairly casual.
Why do you want to join this team? - sounds like fun :) we have been climbing a lot faster this year than other years. our understanding of LoL is changing as we improve and we'd like to compound on that by continuing to learn and relearn. we're also interested in playing on a tournament team.
Can you shot call? - in our current group we all do our share of shotcalling. im pretty good at contributing to macro calls as the game gets later. my support has good map awareness and calls for plays all game.
ADC:

Times you are free - Weekends mostly or Weekdays past 10pm EST
Why should i pick you over someone else? - I have a wide champion pool, my KDA is always pretty good, I love team play and I know how to play when behind and not tilt. I stay pretty calm in most games.
Experience with teams? - I've played on a Silver/Gold team with Plats. I've played in LCS style tournaments, so I've seen a lot of higher gameplay.
Why do you want to join this team? - You seem like you value the team play aspect and want to build a team that is about comps and working together.
Can you shot call? - Yes I can, I'm usually good with setting up surprise flanks with planned warding, etc. I don't know how much I feel confident shot calling every aspect, I usually am the follower in team fights so I just follow the engage since I play back line carries (adc/mid)
