High Gold/Plat - Mid/JG LF Ranked 5's Team

I am a high gold / plat ranked mid laner and jungle looking for a serious and solid ranked 5's team. I'm very good in the jungle and adc but a lot stronger mid laner. (I can play EVERY role very well )

Strengths | Shot calling and map control | Objective awareness Weaknesses | Easily annoyed at lack of teamwork. | IE When dragon timer is up and for some reason our team isn't all there ready to take it / contest.
