Creating a Ranked Team for any skill levels

Hello all. I am a Plat V adc main, jungle secondary. Solo Queue has it's ups and downs, but I would like to form a ranked team for any elo's to join. Why any elo? Because ranked 5's is the best way to improve overall game knowledge and macro play. I don't care about your current solo q elo as long as you are willing to listen and learn together. Being in a ranked 5's will allow you to play as a team and know how certain scenarios in LoL should or could play out which you can then take to solo queue. Mastering one is much easier than trying to half way learn a handful and I'm not saying I have mastered it as I am still plat. Skype will be required for the team.
