Here's some advice for free. Don't take any league advice from anyone that isn't diamond, and if they are diamond, make sure they aren't a support main because diamond support mains are no better than gold 5 players. Also, I'd recommend looking up websites that offer real coaches, instead of accept any advice from people trying to make an easy buck, unless their advice is free.

Honestly, all the information you would ever want to learn is available for free online, but you just have to look for it. Once you have this knowledge, its all about the grind.
