LF rank 5's team Gold 3 ADC Main

I'm looking for a mature group of player to form a rank 5's team. People that don't rage at each other, learn to grow as a team. A little bit about myself, I work full-time and usually don;'t get on until 6-11pm est. On my days off i usually play league all day. I pref to use skype. Weakness: I have a weaker early game, mainly because i pref tri force champs and ez with tear Strengths: Great mid-late game team fighting.
