Voltiac Gaming Looking to Recruit a new Team
Voltiac Gaming is a Brand new League of Legends community that is opening its doors for recruitment, again we just started so we are small. We have a website with the proper organization and planning for a great future.
What we Offer We offer Coaching to our new members who need it to make then eligible for the roster or the sub list, Right now we are shorthanded on the roster but still require coaching for the roster applicants under Silver 1. We also offer a welcoming community with a great roster of serious but kind people.
Organization
We have a very organized system in play for our matches. We have an area on our forum for Scheduling game sessions that is 100% members choice. Members of the roster can sign up for certain days, We have games 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. If we dont get 5 sign ups by the date the game is suppose to take place, thats where the sub list come in. We will contact any available subs and have them fill in.
Communication
In our Ranked matches we are all in synced through a Skype group call and hope to move on to a dedicated TS3 Server once we are a bigger group.
Standards
We have a certain set of standards that all members are required to follow if on the sub/member roster.
1: There will be no use of un-modest language or actions (such as harsh curse words, or sexual comedy) 2: No one will disrespect another member of the roster or sub list 3: All members will be expected to follow the word of the shot caller (Myself) if it comes to that (we are a play based team) 4: There is an all equal policy here among the team, no other will claim to be at a higher power than the other when it comes to deciding roles/schedules/ and so on, but there are instances where a chain of command is needed to settle certain disputes. 5: All members are held reliable to show up for scheduled matches and events that were signed up for by that certain member, not doing so will result in probation and possible removal from the team.
6: All other standards are listed on the forum and are member private.
